Terms & conditions

  1. The rented equipment indicated in this contract is the property of Mobility SDT and must be returned in the same condition as received by the client.

  2. The rented equipment may not be subleased, lent, or transferred by the client to a third party who is not included in the signing of this contract.

  3. The equipment must not get wet nor be used on wet or sandy surfaces.

  4. Mobility SDT is not responsible for damages, loss, or theft of any belongings left on the equipment before or after its return.

  5. The client agrees to assume full responsibility for any loss, damage, or harm caused to other persons and/or property, including their own, resulting from the use of the rented equipment.

  6. The client shall indemnify Mobility SDT, its executives, and employees against any claims of liability for damages, losses, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise from the use, operation, or driving of the rented equipment, provided that such loss or damage was not caused by gross negligence or fault of Mobility SDT or its employees.

  7. The client must immediately notify Mobility SDT of any accidents or damages resulting from the use, operation, or driving of the rented equipment.

  8. Mobility SDT reserves the right to retrieve the equipment from the client if any of the conditions stated in this contract are violated.

  9. The client must comply with the return date and time specified in this contract. Failure to do so will result in additional charges.

  10. The CLIENT accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage caused to the equipment during the rental period, assuming the full cost of repair and/or replacement of the equipment or damaged parts.

  11. By signing or providing a fingerprint, the client agrees to all rental policies and conditions stated in this contract.

The equipment must be returned on the indicated date and time. If an extension is needed, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Additional charges for loss or damage: Loss of key: US $110.00
Loss of battery charger: US $150.00
